On August 14th, 10,267 Chinese nationals assembled in the Mongolian city of Ordos, to establish a new human domino record.
Sitting cross-legged, the group, which comprised largely of students, fell backward in sequence smoothly, taking an hour and 20 minutes to beat the previous record set by 9,234 students from Singapore.
While it looked effortless in the end, the group had to train for more than four hours a day for three days straight, to get it right. But, since they were successful in rewriting history, it was well worth the effort.
