An Egyptian man is inspiring millions of people around the world with his ping pong prowess. However it is not just his top-notch skills they are admiring, but also, the way he plays the game - By holding the paddle with his mouth, because Ibrahim Hamato happens to have no arms!
Hamato says that when he lost his arms in an accident at the age of 10, he had no choice but to find another way to play his favorite sport - Of course, the thought of giving it up, which is what most people would have done, never occurred to the amazing man!
Over the years, he has become so good that he was recently invited to compete at the ZEN-NOH 2014 World Team Table Tennis Championships which took place in Tokyo, Japan, from April 28th to May 5th. Though the 41-year-old did not medal, he was thrilled to fulfill his life-long dream of playing against some of the world's most elite ping pong players. As Hamato says, 'Nothing is impossible as long as you work hard'!
