This book is perfect to read during the winter season! It’s a nice romance story that takes places during Christmas, and it has a twist too!

So so good! And a little romantic!!
Say holidays and Emery Mason will gag. Em hates the holidays. They are so not her thing and what's worse is that she's forced to work as an elf at her parent's Santa booth. Ugh. So on a break during her elf job, she finds herself wondering in a hot cocoa shop next door. She meets a boy, Alex Perez, who loves the holidays and is full of joy for the holidays. When she tells him she doesn't like the holidays, he just laughs. Alex is cute, but he isn't Em's crush. Her real crush is Sawyer Kade. Sawyer is handsome and artistic. But...Em keeps on hanging around with Alex on her breaks. His holiday spirit is starting to wipe off on her. Maybe...the holidays aren't so bad. At school her class has to do a secret santa. Em gets Sawyer- that's great right? He's still the one Em likes, right? Sawyer's gifts are great. They are so thoughtful and her. But Em's mind keeps drifting off to Alex. Meanwhile at home, there is a family disagreement that makes Em's life very different. Can Em sort out her feelings for everything? Suzanne Nelson twists love and holiday spirit into this book.
