This is a wonderful book about friendship. Wilbur, a pig lives on the Zucherman's farm with Charlotte the spider, the sheep, the goose, gander, horses, and Tempelton, the rat that lives under Wilbur's trough. Wilbur finds out that he will probably be killed and eaten. He doesn't want to die, so his good friend Charlotte hatches a plan to save him.

I liked Charlotte's Web. I like the rat. He eats a lot of food at the fair. I don't like what happens to the spider.

Charlotte's web is a great book! It's a story about qa girl, her pet pig, and a spider named charlotte. It is sad but still good!

(spoiler alert) I really liked the part where the spider wrote something in her web. I also liked the part when they where at the fair.

When fern hears her dad is going to kill a runt she goes quickly to save it. Her dad notices her concern towards wilbur and lets her pet it. Fern loves her pet, Wilber and is at his side every step of the way. As Wilber grows up though, it becomes increasingly obvious that Fern's dad, Mr. Zuckerman, still plans to sell Wilber to the market. That's when the star of the book, Charlotte the spider, steps in to help. She, along with the other animal friends, don't want to see their friend, Wilber, sent to his death so she devises a crafty plan. She weaves a web that says Some Pig. Mr. Zuckerman is awestruck and soon people from all over the county are coming to see this amazing hog.

My mom helped me read this book. I liked it a lot. It was easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes animals. My favorite character was definitely Wilbur.
