Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel’s story is about to be completely rewritten.

Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning-author John Green’s most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.

I really prefer books that make me wish I was there. This book made me glad I was not there. It is very well written of course, but the story line is much sadder than I care for. If you have known someone who has or is battling cancer, then you know what I mean. The real beauty to this story is how the main character found love when she thought it would never happen to her. She demonstrates great strength and nobility throughout the whole story. Beautifully written but be ready with a box of kleenex.

AN amazing romance story of 2 cancer patients. I cried 5 times it was so amazing.

Very romantic, but I think it is suitable for people about 13 years old and over, because there are a few mature bits.

i loved this book and i got really surprised @ the end cuz what i thought would happen the exact oppistite did and i just thought this book was really cool

OMGGGG! i've heard about this book i have seen the movie but i want to read the book so bad. im so excited that i am going to go buy the book!

One of the best books I have ever read. If you don't fall in love with Hazel Grace, I think there is something wrong with you. Seriously, deals with a tragic topic with heart and humor and a love for living. Great love story. Okay.

Really beautiful and truthful story. It shows that even though you may live with a deadly disease and that you know your life will end before you'd like it to, you can still enjoy what time you have.

I really enjoyed reading The Fault in Our Stars. It is a very truthful story, giving all the dull and great parts of life. It inspired me to live everyday happily since I had such better lives than the characters in the book, and yet they tried to live like every other people. I thought the author did a great job combining romance and action into the story. I was very excited when Hazel traveled to Netherlands because I really wanted to read about how the country looked like. Overall, even though it is not my favourite book, the story is very interesting.

SPOILERS AHEAD: I absolutely love The Fault in Our Stars. I've read and watched it so many times. I cry so hard every single time. I absolutely love Gus. He's so precious, and I wish he didn't have to die. I went through the book half thinking that it was going to end mid-sentence like An Imperial Affliction. I sobbed through out the entire book, but when Gus says that he lit up like a Christmas tree, I started crying harder than I almost ever have reading a book, and couldn't stop for hours after I finished it. That's what happens literally every time. But don't worry, this book is also hilarious, despite the fact that its's mainly heart wrenching. And of course, Hazel is incredible.

i cried and cried when i read this book. it is one of my favorites and has one of the best plots i have read in a long time. this makes you want to have a boyfreind like augustus waters.
