What an awesome book! Selznick really captured my mind with the story and beautiful pictures! I love that at the end the two stories intercept with each other. An amazing book for readers of all ages!

It is a good book about a girl and a boy going through hard times. The girl turns out to be the boys grandma. Even though its mainly pictures its really good. It may sound confusing but read it and you will know what I mean!

Wonderstruck is told in two timelines. One of a girl who's mother is an actress and never sees her (mother), an the other is of a boy who is looking for his father, but his mother died. Eventually, the two meet in the same tense, and I shouldn't reveal therest.....

I love to read books by authors who I have met. Mr. Selznick was so funny and kind when I took some students to meet him in 2006.

yes I agree with you the story is told in two different points of views

This is another AMAZING book that Brian Selznick wrote. In this story, two people's stories are told. One story is written in words and the other is written in illustrations. Each story is 50 years apart. Somehow, they keep unraveling going back and forth and one day they meet and everything is explained. While reading, you actually feel as if you are there.
