the reason i read this book because i like the cover ok BYEYEEEEEEE!

As all the books in this series, I loved the Mark of Athena.

Okay. So, I've read this series from the beginning. Meaning, The Lighting Theif, NOT The Lost Hero. Sadly, starting from The Lost Hero, the series began to go downhill. I feel like Rick Rodian isn't completely writing for the joy of writing, but to competing other books, making unnecessary new problems. So many problems in fact, it's getting annoying. Now, this is just a reflection, but who cares. If you like this series, continue. It's just that it's getting to cheesy for me, and they're going throught things we don't really need to know. I'm a very impatient person, and I CANNOT STAND READING ABOUT YOUR INSECURITIES, CHARACTERS! I just want action. But I really do think that I'm starting to grow out of the series, so it's probably just me. Yup. I would mainly suggest this for people levels Q-X, if you do that, or 2nd-4th. I'm going into 6th now, and I've started this series in 1st grade... so I'm pretty sure I have a reason to be bored of this book now. So, I'm NOT STOPPING you from reading this, this is JUST AN OPINION. PLEASE do not say, "No, I don't think Percy Jackson is cheesy!" or anything like "You're wrong, Rick Rodian is an amazing writer!" Please don't give negative comments about my opinion. RIck Rodian's writing just isn't for my age anymore. Ya, you're probably not reading this anymore. I don't think anybody's gonna read this anyways... so ya. THE END.

Hmm, well everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, I am in eighth grade AND I STILL ADORE THIS SERIES! It's a shame you feel that way, mortal. Keep in mind that Rick is writing for BOTH kids and tweens and he has to keep his writing even. Insecurities just add to feels, sweetie. And yes, Rick is writing from the "bottom of his heart" to throw our famous OTP in Tartarus.

I agree because sometimes thing are fun for some people but bad for others

This book was amazing Percy goes to the camp and goes on a quest with piper hazel Leo Jason Annabeth frank be sure to read son of Neptune before this before this and house of Hades after

THIS BOOK BROUGHT TEARS TO MY EYES

This book was great and I love the entire series! I would totally recommend this book to girls and boys ages 8+!!

I don't want to be mean but Athena is in greece

Yeah. It's kinda the point.

So glad to see Annabeth continue to stand out, but not just as the smart daughter of Athena!

This was an amazing book. Follow our heroes to Rome, where they face one of their biggest adventures yet. Leaving you wanting the next book, The Mark of Athena captures readers attention, and ends with a suspenseful cliff-hanger ending (and in my sister's words, it can be very emotional for the series' dedicated fans). I highly recommend this book to any who enjoy action, adventure, and suspense

I DIED AT THE END I LITTERALLY DID OMG

I was, like, really?????!!!!! I wanted the next book on my shelf right then, and there, NOT 1 year later!!!!!!

and then i came back to sob over the book
