This book is very family orientated. It's filed with family adventures and crisis.In this book Mr.Pendewick sister wants him to start dating because it's around the time he should.I enjoyed the book it wasn't something I'd normally ready,but it was pretty cool.

Wow, I loved the first Penderwicks book, but this one is even better. What I most liked was the way that the characters all changed so much over the course of the book. Each is growing in their own way, making it a pleasure to read. Also, the ploy holds together more tightly than the first book. By the last page, I didn't want it to end, but thankfully, it says on Birdsall's website that she is already working on the next one. Can't wait!
A amazing book about four sisters and their lovable dog, hound. Lighthearted and fun read. Interesting plot twists and very complex characters. I loved reading about the penderwicks adventures.

This is a good book. Im p retty sure that its a classic. I read it in a book club and really enjoy ed it.
I wanted to read this book after I read the first book. The sequel is jut AMAZING, I really enjoyed it. It's about the four Penderwick girls finding out that her father is going to be dating, being approved by his sister in law. While the girls are not so happy about it and is going against it by having a plan of course. Things get harder when they are neighbors with a widowed professor who has a child. There are so many hectic events like switching the homework(The book was so funny I laughed the whole time) this story was very creative and enjoyable. It's when you need a laugh. I hope to read more of these types of books.
I would like to be neighbors with the Penderwicks. The family is so fun. Everyone is different. They have adventures together and I like that.
