No it's not possible to die if you eat fish,and nibble they did it because they used it as food and its micro-plastic which is the size of plankton which fish actually eat,and the micro-plastic is also helping the fish know when the pretender is near making them faster to react and not be eaten and the plankton makes the fish slower to know.
